Abuse * to Include - Misrepresentaion - Misleading Information - Falsification

The harassing conduct and distractions has the purpose or effect of
substantially or unreasonably interfering with an individual’s
Academic performance; or ability to benefit.

The harassing conduct otherwise adversely affects an
my learning opportunities.
The harassing conduct has and is the purpose of adversely effecting substantially
and/or unreasonably, by interfering with my academics and
performance.

The harassing conduct otherwise adversely affects and has affected
my learning opportunities and performance.

The institutions has  harassing communication by means of disruptions, due to
“PULL FROM CLASS” slips and forcing me to leave my class and stop what
I need  to be learning, from a class that is paid-in-full and duties to follow are
carried out by all departments including Instructors.

The policy created by the institution of not allowing me to sit for my class unless I have a permit to re-enter attached to the “PULL FROM CLASS” slip, is being used as a factor in deciding and adversely affecting my education by means of intimidation.

The institutions implied and/or overt threats, concerning my educational status is disruptive, harassing, and distracting.

The conduct and communication has and is the purpose, and has affected me substantially and unreasonably by interfering with my education and creating an intimidating, hostile or offensive educational environment.

The harassing conduct is sufficiently severe, and persistently distracts my ability to participate in, as well as, affected my performance and my ability to benefit from the educational program or activity, and has created
an intimidating, threatening or abusive educational experience.

My class hours, which are on Tuesday and Thursdays of the week and
from 4pm to 10pm, the Institution chooses to distract me during classroom hours and pull me out of my class and prevents me from fully gaining the knowledge I need from Instruction of material, to hurry up and sign financial documents that if not looked over toughly could and will adversly affect me financially.

The Institution had me sign an award year document to take out student loans that did not pertain to me there for misleading, misrepresenting, and through illegal acts of falsification.

I caught the fraud when I glanced at the document when I was back in class, I was not explained anything about my document. I was just told here sign this so you can get back to class. I trusted the institution and officials that represent the financial aid department and I rely on officials  to up hold the standard of care they have a duty too.

I noticed the falsified loan when I was already back in class. I had to leave class again and miss Instruction to get the original document that I had just signed, to prevent a Parent Plus loan from being taken out on me and my parent that has no obligation to my educational fees.

The Institution and there policy are probable cause for investigation. Due to  the fact that the institution and officials can get ahold of me three different ways. Contact through,(1) email, (2) phone message,  or (3) send a letter by U.S mail, and on any other one of the three days I do not have class on  Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.

The institution and officials choose to distract me during imperative learning instruction of classroom material, during class time to handle important financial information and documentation which require signatures that can adversly affect me financially.
